Congress Centre project, its construction started in 1999, Sütlüce has been finished for World Water Forum in 2009 upon Dr. Luic Fouchan’s request, president of World Water Council, who visited Turkey. Approximately 85 million dollars in total has been spent for the project. Sütlüce Congress and Culture Centre consists of five main buildings and 75 thousand meter square area. In this complex, there are exhibition and meeting building, theatre building, concert and congress building, cinemas, muti story parking garages. In this hall, all kinds of international congress and conferences will be able to be done. Also the theatre hall will be able to be used for congress and conference organizations as well as for plays, with its 1250 – seated capacity. Building has exhibition areas as well.
